After logging into the client portal, navigate to the top right corner of the page and select “PASSWORD & SECURITY”.
Select “Enable” to authorize Security Authenticator App. Select “Send Code” to receive the verification code in your registered email. Insert the verification code and select "Submit” to proceed.
Clients are required to download Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.

Next, use in-app camera to scan the QR code provided or enter the setup key. Insert Authenticator APP verification code and tick to accept disclaimer to finalize the authenticator app linking.

Clients without Google play store or Apple app store are required to use authenticators to proceed withdrawals within account.
Go to Wechat and search for Google Authenticator mini program.
Click and accepts the disclaimer and then click on ‘SIGN UP/LOG IN’
Click ‘scan QR code’
Insert Authenticator APP verification code and tick to accept disclaimer to finalize the authenticator app linking.
