After logging into the client portal, navigate to the “ACCOUNT” followed by "LIVE ACCOUNT.
Select “Reset” for your account with negative balances.
If your account having credits, please tab "CONFIRM" to agree clearing negative balance and credits in your account.
Note
- Ensure all positions are closed before clicking reset, whereas the reset button would not appear under the "RESET BALANCE" column.
- Negative balance resets are available for all account types except PAMM and MAM.
- If the system detects more than 3 negative balance reset requests in the past 30 days, processing may take up to 7 days.
- For negative balances exceeding USD 3,000 or equivalent, processing may also take up to 7 days.
